This is the softest of the eye shadow quads from this collection. It’s the most wearable from this collection for most people and it’s really gorgeous for a warm, girly, daytime look. As it’s lighter colors, on deeper skin tones you may need to layer these eye shadows over a primer or cream eye shadow base like Painterly or Soft Ochre Paint Pot to make them show up accurately.
This, as with the rest of eye shadow quads in this collection is limited edition and goes for $38 from www.maccosmetics.com or any MAC store or counter.

Call Me Bubbles (Satin): MAC referes to this as a “light tan”, although this shows up more as a light cream color with a sheen to it. Since it’s a Satin finish, the color payoff is not opaque, but it applies very smoothly. This is a great lid color or to use as a highlight below the brow and on the inner corner of the eye.

Fresh Daily (Frost): I really like this “orange” color all over the lid or to blend out a deeper color in the crease. As a frost finish, it applies smoothly and has a great amount of shine to it and really makes your eye pop! It’s a lovely warm color for all skin tones and is one of my favorites in this quad, as it’s quite unique.

Full of Flavour (Matte): As the Matte eye shadow in this quad, Full of Flavour has the most intense color payoff in this quad. It’s definitely a “coral” color and to me, it’s similar to Early Bird from Iris Apfel, but SO much more intense and beautiful! It’s great as a lid or crease color and shows up even brighter over a light colored Paint Pot. Although some Matte finish eye shadows from MAC seem a little chalky, this one is goes on smoothly with no issues at all. I love this because corals are so popular right now and this eye shadow adds a great pop of color to bring your makeup together with a nice bright top or some of those cute, bright jeans that I now own way too many pairs of haha.

Brash (Veluxe Pearl): Brash is a repromote (I don’t remember what from… Oops!). It’s a very intense “frosty reddish copper” color that applies like silk. A little bit goes a long way with this one! I like to use it all over the lid for a new take on a smokey eye, or pop a little bit on the crease. It’s such a rich color, it can even be used as a liner, since the other eye shadows in this quad are so soft in comparison.
Eye Charts
These are not the typical quality of eye/face charts I normally do, but I did these quickly last night so I could put them up today, along with a TON of other posts. I hope that these inspire you and give you all some ideas on how you can put the colors in this eye shadow palette together. Sorry they’re a little sloppy!!
